US House Financial Committee approved a bill (HR 2267) that would

Obama. An amendment, however, was placed in the legislation calling for "any
company that has previously violated US law by doing business since
2006 in the US to be excluded from future licensing consideration". This means any company found in violation of UIGEA will not be eligible for a US license and companies like PokerStars /BoDogs / Sportsbook/Full Tilt/Sportsbet .com`s and many others will not be eligible because of their continued illegal business practice in the U.S.
- If
you currently are running gambling websites, YOU have been flagged by
the United States and will more than likely, per the HR-2267 amendment,
not be eligible to apply for a US online gambling licenses for any of
