PURCHASE & TRANSFER OF PROPERTY
We offer 2 ways to complete a safe transaction when acquiring a property. Choose the method that best suits your needs.
- The use of an escrow service
The most practical, efficient, and safest method to complete the transaction is to use Escrow.com.
It only takes a few minutes to open an account with them (if you don't
already have one) and it is free. They are reliable, independent and
neutral, and can be fully trusted.
This is a simple, easy and common procedure for buying a property in our business,
and it is the safest method for all parties. The property transfer is very secure, and we will assist you with any details you
need.
The client contacts us to express interest in a property. We negotiate the terms, when we both agree, the transaction is
handled by Escrow.com
The process is very secure for you because you get the property
before we get paid. You will be sending the funds directly to Escrow.com
and they will control the transfer of the property on your
behalf, ensuring that it is 100% under your control. Before
releasing any funds to us, they will make sure they have your approval and that you are satisfied with the transaction.
- Hand to Hand (transaction)
This is a preferred method when saving on
cost. We come to your place of business and complete all necessary
transfers along with your balance owed. The fees for us to come to you is deducted from our total sales price and paid by the client. The transfer takes less than 30 minutes, and after
completion we head back home. Client may also come to us if they choose.
PURCHASE & LEASE PROGRAMS
We offer 2 options when acquiring a property: straight out purchase or lease.
We accept 3 forms of payment when purchasing a property.
- Bank wire transfer (preferred method)
- Cash (depending on the amount this may not be available)
- Cashier`s check / Company check (payment must clear prior to transfer)
We have 3 lease programs.
- *Lease to own (5 year program)
- **1 year lease (with first option)
- **3 year lease (with first option)
Disclaimer/Waver
All
properties will be leased or sold on first come basis. however we will
accept deposits to reserve a property. We do not and will not
negotiate any domain with more than one client at a time. We do not
disclose any bids, sales or offers made by any person, representative or
company. Your company`s name, offers and or purchases will remain confidential and will
not become public knowledge unless you, or your company(s) chooses to announce
it. However VEG does notify sold properties to our industry`s
media outlets without client information, a requirement for the
progress of are industry. (exceptions may be made) You may not use our negotiations, information, emails, company name(s) and or business likeness without
written consent from VEG. You may not claim to have been employed, an employee or
employer of anyone from GP, Vegas Entertainment Group or any of it`s divisions. GP
also brokers property`s at the request of our clients, We offer this to
protect the clients identity, please note we do not make claims to
ownership if hired to broker any property via third party. A 3% fee will
