We own hundreds of high quality generic PGPs, which are offered for sale or lease on Gambling Properties.com
  • Do you only sell these properties?
NO, we also offer lease option. Please contact us for more information.
  • Why are there no prices listed?
We do not price the properties for client privacy reasons, however we offer POR (price on request).
  • What is the best approach when interested in a property?
The best strategy is to inquire first and see if the domain of interest is currently in available.
GP does not negotiate with more than one client at a time.

  • Can I use an anonymous e-mail address when making an offer?
Yes, you can.
If you have a business e-mail address it is recommended that you use it to add credibility to inquiry.
  • Can I use a different name when making inquiries or making an offer?
Yes, you can.
  • Can a different party pay for the property?
Yes, this is acceptable and common.
  • Are there additional costs apart from the agreed price?
If you chose to use an escrow service there will be fees for the client on top of the sales price.
If you chose to do a hand to hand transaction we will deduct the travel cost from the sales price.
  • How many properties can I buy or lease?
We do not limit the amount a company or individual may lease or purchase.
  • How long does it take to transfer the property to me?
The transfer of the domain name will take place as soon as we receive your payment.
Estimated time for completion is less than 30minutes.
  • Can I transfer the property to my own registrar?
We can transfer the property to any registrar if you purchase.
If you lease, the domain goes into a mutual account.
  • Can I use my property immediately after the transactions complete?
Yes. You may start using your property immediately after the transfer is completed.
  • If I buy or lease a property, will you publish or disclose the terms of the sale or any other information?
Our standard rule is NOT to disclose any information about the client, cost or negotiations unless specifically requested to do so by the client.
We will not publish or disclose any information about YOU, your Company or employees unless requested.

 All properties will be leased or sold on first come basis. however we will accept deposits to reserve a property. We do not and will not negotiate any domain with more than one client at a time. We do not disclose any bids, sales or offers made by any person, representative or company. Your  company`s name, offers and or purchases will remain confidential and will not become public knowledge unless you, or your company(s) chooses to announce it. However VEG does notify sold properties to our industry`s media outlets  without  client information, a requirement for the progress of are industry. (exceptions may be made) You may not use our negotiations, information, emails, company name(s) and or business likeness without written consent from VEG. You may not claim to have been employed, an employee or employer of anyone from GP, Vegas Entertainment Group or any of it`s divisions. GP also brokers property`s at the request of our clients, We offer this to protect the clients identity, please note we do not make claims to ownership if hired to broker any property via third party.
